Although the log cabin may once have been considered appropriate only for a vacation home of second home, log homes have become more innovative in design, with larger more elaborate models available for those who would like to live in one year round. The log home manufactures offer everything form houses sold as pre-cut kits considering of logs only to kits for complete houses including windows, doors, and hardware. Log homes also come in as “turn key” which means it comes in a complete house kit and put together so the new owner can move in with out driving a single nail. Log Homes range in price but for the most part are well affordable.
